Consistency, reliability, and the ability to stay calm when service gets hectic. I take pride in clean work, good food, and working as part of a solid team. I learn quickly, don’t mind hard work, and can take feedback without taking it personally. And I bring a bit of humour too — because a good kitchen runs better when people can still laugh during the rush.
